You will be responsible for around 25,000 homes and lead a team delivering essential services to thousands of customers.

This high-impact position sits at the heart of our customer strategy. You will drive service excellence, lead a large and diverse team, and ensure that our neighbourhoods are safe, well-managed, and thriving. From performance and compliance to innovation and improvement, you will play a central part in delivering meaningful outcomes for our communities.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in neighbourhood or housing management, confident in leading change and passionate about customer service. You will translate strategy into action, foster a culture of high performance, and build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and partners.
