Head of New Business Development

My IT client who provides technology support, managed services and workforce solutions to major organisations operating complex and internationally distributed environments are looking for an accomplished new-business sales leader to build and lead the next phase of their growth across the UK and US. You must have worked this or a similar industry.

This is a player-coach role where you will win significant new customers personally while building a team capable of doing the same.

You will carry a personal Year 1 target of £3m+ net-new alongside leading a team of approximately 5-7 sales professionals towards a combined £12m+ net-new target.

They are looking for someone who enjoys being close to customers and deals: opening relationships, understanding complex customer challenges, shaping solutions, navigating enterprise buying cycles and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will own the new-business lifecycle from target-account strategy and initial engagement through qualification, solution development, negotiation and close - while developing a high-performing new-business team across the UK and US.

This role could suit an experienced Head of New Business, New Business Director, Sales Director, Enterprise Sales Leader or a highly successful senior new-business salesperson ready to take on broader leadership responsibility.
