And as we’re growing extremely fast, we need brilliant people (like you!) - to join us on our journey and help us deliver our goal.The Head of Operational Excellence will help us build, implement and track world class systems, ways of working, optimisation and internal communication, in order for us to fulfil our brand mission.ABOUT THE ROLE:The Head of Operational Excellence will be responsible for four core pillars: Development, Governance, Deployment and Measurement. You will be responsible for seamlessly implementing and embedding initiatives that drive profitable growth within the business, whilst creating a first-class experience for our customers and our teams.Analyse business opportunities for improved systems, processes, and ways of workingCreate world class process, systems and supporting optimisation toolsLeverage best practice from other industries, and, where this is insufficient, innovate processes to optimise time and operational efficiency resulting in a great customer experience and enhanced company profitabilitySeeks out and lead on generic and specific efficiency opportunitiesWork with other support centre functions and operations to adopt process improvements with clear guidance and high adoptionPartner with Operations team to best translate and interpret best practices and innovation into measurable, repeatable practicesBe an author, publisher and custodian of SOPs and, brand standards and source of truth documentationEstablish clear accountability and effective ways of working with key stakeholder/interface pointsBe the gatekeeper of internal communications to salonsResponsible for the operating system that can be translated internationally and across future franchise partnersABOUT YOU:Strong Operational Excellence experienceRelevant industry experience in a high-quality, high-street operator (Food/Retail/Beauty is preferred)Detail orientatedExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsBusiness planning experienceProcess and analytical drivenStrong communication and presenting skillsLOCATION:Our office is based in Central London and we offer a discretionary hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.BEING A TOWNHOUSE EMPLOYEE:Private healthcare and wellness support – Benefit from the nail industry’s first private healthcare package including free telephone / video GP appointments and treatment in private hospitals if there is a long wait on the NHS.Shopping discounts - a range of discounts on some of the largest brands to save you money everyday.Birthday Pamper Party: During your birthday month, bring a friend for a free signature manicure/pedicure and a glass of bubbles!Social Budget - Every month your manager gets a budget to spend pampering you and your team.
