Head of Operations

Our client are a successful, specialist manufacturer - they have a rare but exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations to join their start of the art manufacturing facillity in South Yorkshire.

The Role

• Full responsibility for Engineering, Production, HSE, Packing, Logistics and HR operations
• Responsible for KPI function and assessment across departments
• Manage approx. 30 staff which accounts for 75% of total business function
• Manage line managers and shift leaders
• Responsible for lean manufacturing, six sigma & AGILE
• Full auditing responsibility

The Candidate

• Previous experience in "Head of" or "Operations manager" role
• Previous experience managing large teams consisting of - Engineering, Production & HSE
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, six sigma & AGILE
• KPI focussed
• Manufacturing experience is essential

Standard weekday working hours, with occasional expectation to manage any projects or issues outside of hours.
