We’re hiring a Head of Operations for a dynamic FMCG brand that’s already hitting £50m+ and targeting £200m revenue by 2027. Backed by a passionate founding team and serious momentum, this brand is primed for international expansion but needs tighter control, cleaner data, and day-to-day excellence to get there.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you’ll lead the full operational function, spanning manufacturing, warehousing & fulfilment.

This isn’t about blue-sky strategy. It’s about making the machine work, consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.

You’ll be trusted to:

• Build rigour on the floor: Short Interval Controls, line KPIs, visual management, and daily team huddles.

• Own the numbers: Establish weekly/monthly reporting across throughput, OEE, inventory, and service.

• Get ahead of the curve: Spot issues before they escalate and build a culture of data-led decision-making.

• Drive efficiency: Unblock bottlenecks, improve shift accountability, and embed structured routines.

• Support scale: Lay the groundwork for smarter systems, including WMS and ERP integrations.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience running manufacturing operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

• Track record of leading teams across manufacturing, warehouse, and fulfilment.

• Confident in implementing KPIs and reporting structures.

• Comfortable balancing hands-on leadership with tactical decision-making.

• Energised by founder-led scale-ups where pace, autonomy, and impact matter.
