Your experience
You will have multi-site management experience from the either the healthcare, dental, veterinary, optical or childcare sectors
Adept at networking you will be able to demonstrate how you have engaged multiple stakeholders to ensure corporate goals are achieved.
You are used to operating with autonomy and fostering a high support and high challenge culture to lead your teams to achieve the commercial results
Day to day
As Head of Operations, you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of businesses across the region
Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service compliance and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded, putting the customer at the heart of everything.
Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
