What You'll Do:
Lead operational management and leadership of our services, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Directly manage a team of Area Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Drive strategic aims for adult and children's care, spearheading their implementation.
Oversee recruitment, retention, and development of high-performing leaders.

What You Bring:
Extensive experience in care services, particularly for individuals with complex needs.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on integrity and innovation.
Proficiency in business planning and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record in budget management and analysis.

Requirements:
Car driver with access to own vehicle.
Willingness to travel between sites across the UK.
Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the organisation.
