Head of Operations - Conveyancing

An opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Lawyer with a focus on operational management to take on a role with a leading regional law firm. This is a busy and large conveyancing team and your role will be focused on holding regular meetings with fee earners and ensure the department is running as efficiently as possible while maintaining the firms high standards.

The role:
Holding regular meeting with teams and ensuring targets are met.
Ensuring good working relationships with external institutions and organisations.
Mentoring and training junior staff members.
Making sure the department has all the resources necessary to run efficiently.
Using your experience in case management systems to ensure the department is operating as efficiently as possible.
