We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking rock star of an

Head of Operations

to join our vibrant team. This role is integral to our continued success and growth, overseeing operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, an "anything is possible" attitude, and a proven track record in leading teams and driving high-volume sales. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple catering sites, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a fun and positive work environment.
Drive high-volume sales while maintaining top-tier customer service standards.
Implement and manage processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategies to engage customers and enhance their experience.
Ensure all sites comply with health, safety, and food quality standards.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to operational challenges.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our brand and services.
Maintain a strong presence on-site to support and guide staff, ensuring seamless operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an operations management role within the catering or hospitality industry.
Multi-site management experience is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive high-volume sales and customer engagement.
Passion for food and a deep understanding of the catering industry.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
Flexibility to travel between sites and work various hours as needed.
