Position: Head Of Organisational Development

Location: 4 Manchester Road, BD5 0QL

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: 36 hours per week

Pay Rate: PAYE: £313.00 per day

Job Responsibilities

Lead and support organisational development activity across the council

Contribute to the development and delivery of people and workforce strategies

Support change management and improvement initiatives

Work with senior stakeholders to improve organisational effectiveness

Ensure alignment of OD activity with council priorities and objectives

Provide expert advice on organisational development matters

Person Specification

Must-Have Requirements

Proven experience in organisational development or a related field

Strong understanding of change management and workforce development

Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex organisation

Ability to lead and deliver strategic initiatives effectively

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have Requirements

Previous experience working within local government or the public sector

Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes

Relevant professional qualification in HR, OD, or a related discipline
