Head of Origination - Loan Agency

An exciting new opportunity to build and lead a Corporate Loan Agency platform across the UK & EMEA.

1. Establish and grow a Corporate Loan Agency offering across UK & EMEA.
2. Originate and convert new opportunities through sponsors, lenders, and advisory networks. Own and manage a strong pipeline of profitable mandates.
3. Develop senior-level relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities across broader service lines.
4. Manage full financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
5. Oversee onboarding of mandates, ensuring alignment across legal, operations, and technology teams.
6. Work closely with international teams to support wider business growth initiatives and client engagements.

Skills

1. Extensive experience building and scaling a Corporate Loan Agency or Loan Servicing business
2. Strong understanding of corporate loan agency transactions, documentation, and operational frameworks
3. Proven track record in business development and revenue generation
4. Kowledge of fixed income / credit markets
