Job Description - Head of Paid Media

THE ROLE
As the Head of Digital Marketing you’ll oversee the strategy, planning and execution of all digital and performance investment for boohoo womenswear internationally. You’ll be responsible for acquisition and retention, demand generation, and external partners to drive profitable growth for the brand in key territories. You’ll have a strong team reporting into you with a wealth of experience to help you drive maximum return, optimum ROI and a scalable CPA.

The structure you will manage is CRM, Paid Media and Affiliates all based at our HQ in Dale Street, Manchester.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING  

  • Overseeing of all digital marketing through the above areas
  • Ensuring the business remains on target from an ROI and customer acquisition perspective, globally
  • Provide recommendations to the SLT in terms of strategy and direction
  • Curate and build a streamlined digital structure, driving excellence in your peerset
  • Working with data teams to revise reporting structure, and ensure cohesive measurement
  • Drive change, think outside the box and be a first-class leader for your department and your team
  • Work with partners globally to drive opportunity and growth
  • Managing best-in-class strategy, planning and execution across all digital functions
  • Identifying new areas for testing across all digital mediums globally
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget including measurement of execution and return
  • Analysing and communicating the impact of activity globally, including all international nuances to the boohoo customer
  • Report on all digital investment and return
  • Lead weekly digital marketing meetings with SLT and clearly communicate input and output aligning to business goals
  • Drive digital creative excellence with our in-house team of experts
  • Foster a cohesive team atmosphere, working closely with our Head of Brand Marketing and their structure, and our Head of eCommerce and their structure.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You’re relentlessly analytical, a perfectionist that’s self-motivated and willing to drive through change
  • You’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head of Digital/Head of Performance Marketing or similar for a large ecommerce business operating across multiple markets
  • You’ll have strong team management experience and be considered a leader in your area
