What You'll Own:

Big Picture Strategy

• Shape the paid media strategy for a business with serious growth ambitions
• Own the relationship with external agencies while building and mentoring an internal team
• Work across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive acquisition at every funnel stage

Day-to-Day Excellence

• Optimise paid search and shopping campaigns for maximum ROAS and spend efficiency
• Design full-funnel social strategies that convert browsers into buyers
• Lead creative testing, competitor analysis, and performance reporting to senior leadership

Leadership & Growth

• Mentor and develop a small but mighty in-house team – this team will be growing which you will be at the helm of
• Collaborate with SEO, content, trading, and design teams to create cohesive campaigns
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence

What You Bring…

• 5+ years in Paid Search/Digital Acquisition, preferably in high-scale ecommerce
• Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing both teams and agency relationships
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in GA4, Excel, and reporting tools
