You will lead the People team and drive the agencies people offer across; talent, employee experience, engagement, well-being, learning and development, and high performance. Working alongside the rest of our Senior Management Team, you will define and lead initiatives that have measurable positive effects, reinforce our company's values-based culture and make Everybody an aspirational place to work.This role is vital to the agency, ensuring that our people always remain at the heart of how our business operates. What you’ll be doingDesign and deliver the people strategy against the agencies business goals Further embed our market leading EVP and continuously advance our employee expeirence to ensure we’re a great place to workLead the people team to provide best practice HR, talent and culture support for the agency Ensure we receive regular employee feedback via eNPS surveys and implement necessary changes to improve employee experienceProvide advice and mentorship to leaders and managers on all HR issues and lead and resolve senior level HR issues (performance management, disciplinaries, redundancies etc)Mentor and coach People Managers in the agencyAdvovate for best people practice across all areas of our people offer to ensure we’re living the requirements of being a B-Corp certified businessDrive a high performance culture with clear progression paths, development opportunities and clear succession planningEnsure our people are being professionally developed through necessary training, coaching and learning opportunitiesDefine and deliver EDI and wellness strategies that ensure we are market leading and fully inclusiveProduce internal communications and communicate all people related business newsWhat you’ll bringDemonstrated success in improving and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, learning, and performance developmentProven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with senior leadership teams and stakeholders across the organisationExceptional influencing and communication skillsConfident in providing clear and balanced HR adviceSkilled in creating and implementing processes and policies that promote employee engagement and strengthen company cultureExperience in coaching, guiding, supporting, and developing direct reportsFamiliarity with UK and US labour laws (preferred)Relevant HR degree, CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalentInterest in health and wellness (a plus)Experience in driving a B-Corp agenda (a plus)Experience in agency or professional services industries (a plus)Our valuesWe do excellent workWe keep our wordWe do the right thingWe do goodWe find a better wayWhat you’ll get in returnWe want your time at Everybody to be the best place you’ve worked - professionally and personally.
