Head of People - 3 days per week
Location: London based but covers both UK & US offices
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Direct Reports: Yes – Talent Director & People Partner
As
Head of People
, you will play a crucial role in delivering our people-centric agenda. You will lead the People team and drive the agencies people offer across; talent, employee experience, engagement, well-being, learning and development, and high performance. Working alongside the rest of our Senior Management Team, you will define and lead initiatives that have measurable positive effects, reinforce our company's values-based culture and make Everybody an aspirational place to work.
This role is vital to the agency, ensuring that our people always remain at the heart of how our business operates.
What you’ll be doing
Design and deliver the people strategy against the agencies business goals
Further embed our market leading EVP and continuously advance our employee expeirence to ensure we’re a great place to work
Lead the people team to provide best practice HR, talent and culture support for the agency
Ensure we receive regular employee feedback via eNPS surveys and implement necessary changes to improve employee experience
Provide advice and mentorship to leaders and managers on all HR issues and lead and resolve senior level HR issues (performance management, disciplinaries, redundancies etc)
Mentor and coach People Managers in the agency
Advovate for best people practice across all areas of our people offer to ensure we’re living the requirements of being a B-Corp certified business
Drive a high performance culture with clear progression paths, development opportunities and clear succession planning
Ensure our people are being professionally developed through necessary training, coaching and learning opportunities
Define and deliver EDI and wellness strategies that ensure we are market leading and fully inclusive
Produce internal communications and communicate all people related business news
What you’ll bring
Demonstrated success in improving and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, learning, and performance development
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with senior leadership teams and stakeholders across the organisation
Exceptional influencing and communication skills
Confident in providing clear and balanced HR advice
Skilled in creating and implementing processes and policies that promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture
Experience in coaching, guiding, supporting, and developing direct reports
Familiarity with UK and US labour laws (preferred)
Relevant HR degree, CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent
Interest in health and wellness (a plus)
Experience in driving a B-Corp agenda (a plus)
Experience in agency or professional services industries (a plus)
