A great opportunity to join a leading gambling company as their Head of Performance Analytics

THE COMPANY

The business are one of the world's biggest sports betting companies with millions of customers worldwide. And they are seeking to hire a Head of Commercial Insight to join the business on a 12-month maternity cover.

Joining the business as Head of Performance Analytics, you will take responsibility for all of the company's performance related analytics whilst also leading a team of your own.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide analysis techniques to solve complex performance problems
• Monitor performance of commercial trends using key metrics
• Using data to create recommendations on how to best segment customers
• Taking ownership of performance actions and working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Work with Data Science teams to ensure business is leveraging full capability of data products
• Lead and develop a high performance team

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong background in performance/commercial analytics
• Proven track-record working in betting/gambling space
• Experience leading and upskilling teams
