Our Insurance, Wealth and Retirement business is looking for a Head of Transformation Planning & Readiness to coordinate our significant portfolio of initiatives, ensuring they are scheduled in a safe and efficient manner and land well when implemented.
This is a great job for someone to use their experience, determination, and gravitas to understand and guide an extremely complicated delivery plan. If you are an expert in this field, we’d love to hear from you!
A bit about the job:
Leading a small team, you will have responsibility for development and maintenance of a comprehensive Transformation Schedule. This schedule will be informed by dependencies, inflight & planned change initiatives, release management, operational capacity to support and absorb change, third party delivery plans, regulatory commitments, and other corporate initiatives.
