Head of Portfolio - Property Management

Dove and Hawk are working alongside a high-end, multi branch estate agency looking for a Head of Portfolio - Property Manager to join their new office based in Vauxhall

Duties:

• You must manage your team showing positive, passionate & motivational skills, therefore enabling them to express their desire to perform to the highest possible standard.
• You will lead the resolution of first-stage resident complaints, whilst proactively identifying and escalating potential serious complaints.
• You will ensure all property management operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Furthermore, you will champion industry best practices and maintain alignment with evolving standards.

Requirements:

• Extensive Property Management experience as a Senior
• You are an expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and problem solving.
• Your leadership skills are evident in your ability to effectively motivate and guide a team.
• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• You have the ability to multitask by employing effective time management strategies.

Days and Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday is 9am - 5pm

Salary: £40,000
OTE of £48,000

1 Day WFH once Probation is passed and Final Agreement from Senior Manager.
