Boston Link are seeking a visionary Head of PR and Branding to join our clients team. In this role, you'll craft a compelling brand story and implement a comprehensive PR and branding strategy. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you'll ensure our brand aligns with corporate goals and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of a robust PR and branding strategy.
• Mentor and manage a talented team of PR and branding professionals.
• Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Drive impactful sponsorship deals and collaborations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine branding efforts.
• Optimize resource allocation within the PR and branding budget.
• Act as the brand guardian, ensuring communications reflect our values and mission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in PR and branding, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Strong network of media and industry contacts.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Deep understanding of the global fintech landscape and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data-driven decision-making.
