Job Title: Head of Pre-Sales, EMEA - Enterprise Infrastructure & Solutions

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the pre-sales function across the EMEA region with a focus on infrastructure transformation and data centre modernisation
  • Guide complex enterprise opportunities from qualification through solution design and proposal
  • Influence technical strategy and go-to-market planning alongside executive leadership and sales
  • Foster collaboration with internal technical specialists, vendors, and professional services teams
  • Drive a services-led approach to solution engagement, ensuring value delivery and client success
  • Champion pre-sales enablement through workshops, thought leadership content, and technical evangelism
  • Oversee technical governance, documentation standards, and peer reviews to ensure solution quality

Key Attributes Required

  • Proven Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring pre-sales engineers within a value-added reseller (VAR) or systems integrator environment
  • Technical Breadth: Expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure including Cisco (SD-WAN, SASE), HPE, Dell, Arista, VMware, and hybrid cloud solutions
  • Commercial Acumen: Able to align technology with business goals and support go-to-market initiatives
  • Delivery Expertise: Background in professional services scoping, IT transformation, and solution governance
  • Soft Skills: A humble, collaborative leader with the ability to balance strategic direction and hands-on involvement
