About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Private Client team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellence in service delivery.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless client experience across the firm.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with 8 years PQE experience in private client law, including wills, trusts, and estate administration.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
