Your duties and responsibilities will be Lead the development and continuous improvement of process engineering capability, standards and best practice across the business. Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring practical and effective process engineering solutions are delivered. Manage, mentor and develop engineering personnel, supporting recruitment, performance management, succession planning and career progression. Coordinate process engineering resources across projects, ensuring effective utilisation and alignment with business priorities. Support technical assurance activities including design reviews, risk identification, governance reviews, regulatory engagement and lessons learned implementation.You will have the following qualifications and experience Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, ideally with a Master's degree. Chartered Engineer status through IChemE or equivalent professional experience demonstrating the same level of competence. Significant experience within the nuclear sector or other highly regulated industries where engineering judgement and compliance are critical. Proven track record leading complex process engineering teams and delivering projects across multiple facility or plant lifecycle stages.
