£70,000 + Pension

A Senior Purchasing Specialist is required for this Head of Procurement role, a strong organiser is needed with strong management skills.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the procurement function and delivering best buying practices

- Building successful relationships with supply chain ensuring value is provided

- Monitoring supplier commercial competitive, product quality and level of service

- Managing online inventory and the financial implications of stock transactions

- Supervising team of procurement assistants and supporting their developments

- Overseeing the receipt of all stock deliveries in accordance with H and S standards
