The Opportunity
As Head of Procurement and Facilities, you will set the strategy for Procurement and Facilities Management within TBUK, covering Procurement, Contract and Supplier Management, Facilities & Estates Management, workplace services, and Procurement best practice.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across Procurement and Facilities, driving continuous improvement in policies, processes, training, and controls, while ensuring a safe, sustainable, and effective working environment across the UK estate.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for delivering strong third-party outcomes across service, savings, sustainability, workplace experience, and regulatory compliance.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the role is designated as a Certified Function under the Senior Managers & Certification Regime. We offer hybrid working, typically two to three days per week in our Bristol Head Office, with occasional travel to the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
What We Are Looking For
You will bring significant experience in procurement, vendor management, purchasing, contracting, or related fields, with a strong track record of defining strategy, developing roadmaps, and leading high-performing teams.
You will be a confident communicator and skilled negotiator, with sound knowledge of contract law, strong planning and prioritisation skills, and a pragmatic, resilient approach.
CIPS membership or an equivalent qualification, knowledge of UK banking regulation, and project management experience would be an advantage.
You will also have a strong affinity with the values and mission of Triodos Bank.
