Head of Procurement & Supply Chain

Managing a small team, you will lead the procurement and supply chain function for a fast growing and exciting QSR (hospitality) brand, with a number of sites already opened and established in the UK.

This role will be crucial in the success of the brand and will lead the development of relationships with food and beverage suppliers.

Our client is a well know and exciting restaurant brand. They have been established in the UK for a number of year and continued to grows their sites this year and beyond. They offer a wide menu of well know items and are constantly innovating their product range.

• Leading the sourcing across all food and beverage suppliers.
• Leading the end to end Supply Chain strategy.

• Working with NPD regaridng menu launches and changes.

Profile

• 6 years + within food and beverage procurement
• experience working within the hospitality sector, ideally restaurants or pubs
• experience managing a team
• a passion for the food industry!
