This is a brand new role for them as they continue to expand across the UK and globally! We're on the lookout for a Procurement Manager/Head of Procurement with direct food buying experience to join this dynamic team.

You will have the ability to shape the department and take ownership over the direct and indirect categories.

Your Role: Lead day-to-day procurement operations.

Enhance and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Own the sourcing journey and navigate tender processes.

Be a crucial team player, adding your unique flair.

Provide strategic analysis for informed decision-making.

Coordinate negotiations aligned with strategic objectives.

Maintain meticulous procurement records.

Handle high-value tenders and RFQs.

Ensure proper approvals for all expenditures.
