Description

• Lead, develop and implement product strategy in line with the company's vision and goals.
• Manage and motivate a high-performing team to ensure excellent execution of strategies.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with the marketing agency to ensure product alignment with brand guidelines.
• Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions on product development and enhancements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the retail industry.
• Ensure product compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of product launches.
• Foster a customer-centric approach within the team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Head of Product should have:

• A strong background in product management within the Consumer Goods.
• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and managing product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A customer-centric approach and a strong commitment to quality.
• A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Able to work 2 days per week at the Wirral Head Office.
