A fast-growing AI-powered SaaS company is looking for a Head of Product Management to lead the charge in building and scaling its data-driven customer growth platform.

This innovative scale-up is on a mission to help brands unlock the true value of their first-party data. With a strong foothold in the Solutions-as-a-Service space, they combine sophisticated modelling and deep customer insight to drive meaningful growth for clients - from retail to veterinary sectors.

They've evolved from a leading marketing agency into a product-focused business, and now need an experienced product leader to embed a true product culture.

You'll be joining at a critical growth stage, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (also a co-founder). This is a high-impact, standalone role with a clear pathway to leadership, including growing a team beneath you.

You'll:

• Own and define the product vision and roadmap from scratch

• Build products that turn raw data into real business outcomes

• Embed product thinking across the org

• Act as a bridge between technical teams, commercial leaders, and customers

• Help shape the future of an ambitious AI solutions company

We're looking for a self-starting product leader who thrives in autonomy and ambiguity. You should have:

• Experience owning complex, data-driven products end-to-end

• Background in product-led organisations (not consulting or agency)

• A hands-on approach and proven ability to build from zero

• Comfort working with technical teams and customer insight

• A passion for building scalable, intelligent platforms

• Initial 45-min interview with the Chief Product Officer

• Follow-up with co-founder, customer success and tech stakeholders
