Our client, a leading B2B events organiser based in Australia, is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Conference Production to oversee four key
portfolios of B2B conferences and Confex's.

You'll be joining a reputable brand with deep roots in the industry and a forward-thinking approach to commercial event production.

In this senior leadership role, you will:

* Manage and mentor a team of 6 (4 Senior Producers & 2 Producers)
* Lead on strategy, budgeting, validation and launch
* Oversee hiring, training and development
* Drive commercial success by aligning production with sales, marketing
and operations
* Spearhead the commercialisation of conferences into exhibitions

This role is ideal for candidates from B2B conference production, commercial exhibitions, or association backgrounds with strong content experience and a
global mindset.

What’s on offer:
£75K – £85K base salary + £15K – £20K bonus (Paid in equivalent amount in AUD on relocation)
Full relocation package including visa sponsorship, flights and first-month accommodation
