We are supporting a growing events agency in this expansion hire. As Head of Production you will be creative and delivery figurehead for the business and using this to drive deeper and more rewarding client relationships.
We are looking for talent with experience conceiving, selling and delivering amazing corporate events. You might be Creative Executive Producer or similar elsewhere.

Job Purpose Summary:
This is a creative and strategic Executive Producer role working in a thriving corporate events agency. This role has the responsibility of embedding creative content and brand experience into the heart of our core service offering.

This role is a fantastic opportunity if you thrive on conceptualising and delivering ideas and concepts that bring events and experiences to life for some of the worlds most respected brands. In this role, you will have responsibility for bringing creativity and strategic thinking into the heart of our Client Experience (delivery) Team to grow this part of the business.
Key Accountabilities: Weaving cohesive narratives, ensuring a connected red thread across all touch points, guiding clients from concept to delivery To develop creativity in every project we put out and upsell these to the client project teams To support Account Directors in the business to develop strategic and proactive solutions for our key clients Create a centre of excellence for creative and strategic thinking capabilities within the Company Writing and developing compelling concepts for our key clients that sets us apart from competitors (projects and pitches) To work on projects in a fee earning capacity (in the right balance with other accountabilities listed) Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and continuously demonstrate this Line management responsibility (as a next step) for the design team (currently team of 1), with more headcount allowed for once this role is embedded
Skills and experience necessary for the role: Proven track record of helping brands tell their stories, resulting in positive and powerful experiences Conceiving and delivering live, virtual or hybrid events globally EP experience leading large delivery teams Personable engaging personality able to nurture relationships Knowledge of how to lead and inspire a project teams Be a strategic thinker and able to hold content strategy conversations with clients including internal comms, HR, sales, marketing, CXO and Board level Be willing to travel both nationally and internationally as required Video knowledge would be useful but not essential Line management experience
