Job Purpose
Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Head of Programmes to lead LMP Action, CIC. LMP Action is part of LMP Group, one of three companies working together to make a sustainable difference in the UK
LMP Group focuses on education, training, and social impact; working together to bring about positive, sustainable change. The various divisions of LMP service; schools, businesses and individuals across the UK through, Holiday Camps, Alternative Education, Employability Support, Traineeships, AEB and Apprenticeships.
Together, we are a team of industry leaders who know the power of encouragement and positive influence and advocate for education opportunities and healthy lifestyles for the people we work with. Our ever-ambitious team has driven the expansion of our programmes.
This role will be to lead the various departments within LMP Action CIC, and liaise across group to deliver the strategy and support growth. This newly created role will work closely with the Directors and will be responsible for the efficient functioning of our long-standing contracts and to create synergy across the group companies.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Management of all service areas within LMP Action.
Manage and monitor the finances to ensure that all contracts are delivered to budget, and the contribution is in line with organisational requirements
Responsible for ensuring that all deliverables and contract targets are achieved, and revenue is obtained in line with contract profiles
Work with external stakeholders and other delivery partners to deliver contract requirements and maintain excellent customer relationships with funding bodies for the contracts being managed.
Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of learner journey, customer satisfaction, learner progression, compliance, and quality requirements and working in conjunction with the respective departments
To develop strategic relationships with other relevant organisations/ stakeholders to develop and expand its range of contracts (within defined focus areas), products, and services to ensure the corporate health of the organisation and to drive efficient and respected service delivery.
To work with others in the Education divisions to support various contracts.
Ensure all programmes are high quality with outstanding outcomes delivered through a cost-efficient delivery model.
Instrumental in developing innovative delivery models and implementing operational procedures for successful contract delivery.
Working with colleagues to ensure that the Curriculum offered meets the needs of the learners and schools.
Manage team performance with reviews in team meetings. Through informal and formal mechanisms, ensure the performance management of staff, mentoring and supporting new and existing staff to ensure that wellbeing and performance are maximised, and staff are supported to be the best, producing a high-quality customer experience.
Manage underperformance in line with company guidance, ensuring action plans are developed, implemented, and actioned as needed, encouraging, and enabling personal development.
Contribute constructively to the development of our service delivery, suggesting and making improvements continually to enhance productivity, the customer service experience and the quality of our claims and customer outcomes.
Manage the compliance of all delivery that meets contract, regulatory and budgetary standards, and targets.
Project management and problem-solving with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Provide and write tender content.
Internal and external documents/reports for the programmes and industry partners.

To understand the statutory duties of the Prevent Duty.
To instil a culture of safeguarding best practice to ensure the safety, protection and wellbeing for all participants, customers, clients, partners, volunteers and staff.

Person Specification

Experience
Thorough understanding of HAF, AP and UKSPF Funding (E)
Demonstrable operational experience of managing multiple delivery contracts across various delivery locations. (E)
Knowledge and understanding of appropriate quality and compliance frameworks (E)
Skilled in stakeholder, customer, and employer engagement liaison(E)
Knowledge of and experience within CSR
Experience of working with management boards and senior teams ( E)
Track record of ensuring contractual compliance and provide financial and performance (E)
Proven experience of funding to maximise funding opportunities and successful outcomes for learners and employers (E)
Demonstrable experience of people management including supporting, mentoring, and coaching and developing an individual (E)
Experience working in a fast-paced performance target driven environment (E)
Extensive experience of taking programmes successfully from concept to implementation ensuring they are able to be delivered from contract start with no delays (D)
