A leading super-prime residential maintenance and project business in London are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Head of Project Management to lead and develop their Project Management team.

The Head of Project Management Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of Project Managers, based in London, overseeing the operational and financial success of large projects across the division. You'll act as an escalation point for the team, review larger quotations and programmes, and sit on the senior leadership team reporting directly to the Director.

You'll also be the senior client-facing point of contact, building long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, client-side PMs and QSs, and private client teams.

The Head of Project Management - Requirements

Strong track record in super-prime / high-end residential project delivery
Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
Strong construction knowledge
Good commercial acumen, margin, cost control, forecasting
Excellent client relationship management skills
