Our client, real estate and facilities management organisation, is planning for continued growth and is looking to identify an experienced Head of Projects.

This leadership role will oversee a large team of Project Managers delivering capital works across prestigious corporate environments.

You'll be responsible for driving operational performance, developing client relationships and supporting the continued expansion of the Projects division.

Responsibilities

* Lead and develop a team of Project Managers.

* Oversee project delivery across multiple accounts.

* Manage financial performance and reporting.

* Develop strategic client relationships.

* Drive operational excellence.

* Support business growth and team expansion.

Candidate Profile

* Senior leadership experience within construction, FM or project management.

* Strong commercial awareness.

* Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

* Excellent stakeholder management.

* Professional and client-focused.

* Experience managing major corporate accounts.
