Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Psychology department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.


• Develop and deliver an engaging Psychology curriculum at GCSE and A-Level.


• Promote critical evaluation of psychological theories and research.


• Implement effective assessment and feedback strategies.


• Support the professional development of Psychology teachers (if applicable).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Degree in Psychology.


• Extensive experience teaching Psychology at GCSE and A-Level.


• Proven ability to foster critical thinking and analytical skills in students.


• Strong understanding of research methods and ethical considerations in Psychology.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
