Head of public sector growth – CCS frameworks

Can you turn a major Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework appointment into profitable revenue?
We are recruiting for a fast-growing Facilities Management, Building Services and Construction business following their appointment to the CCS Facilities Management and Workplace Services Framework (RM6232) so need an exceptional commercial leader to build their public-sector business.
Working directly with the Board, you will own the framework strategy across central government, healthcare, local authorities, education and blue-light services.

YOUR MISSION
• Build and convert a substantial public-sector pipeline
• Unlock call-off, further-competition and direct-award opportunities
• Develop influential relationships with senior public-sector buyers
• Lead major tenders from identification through to contract award
• Create a three-to-five-year growth strategy
• Build and lead a dedicated public-sector team

ABOUT YOU
You will bring strong supplier-side experience within FM, building services, maintenance, construction or property services. Crucially, you must have a demonstrable record of turning framework appointments into profitable contracts—not simply winning places on frameworks.

You will combine detailed CCS knowledge with commercial judgement, senior relationship-building skills and an entrepreneurial approach. Within 90 days, we expect you to have mapped the CCS opportunity, identified priority customers and presented a credible 12-month pipeline and growth plan.

With interviews available from Monday 14th of September, salary is highly competitive;
£105k to £115k plus package (company car, pension, and bonus)
