Head of QA

We are looking for a to reshape and scale the test function to join my client's Exeter based team.

As Head of QA, you will lead functional, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms, drive automation using modern frameworks, manage releases, and ensure thorough documentation. As part of a multi-disciplined team, you will collaborate across the business, mentor QA staff, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.

As a Head of QA you will have:

• Experience in a QA leadership or senior QA role
• Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium)
• A proven track record of API testing with Postman
• Experience of mobile testing
• An ISTQB Certification

As a Head of QA you will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. A passion for technology and mentoring is also key.
