Job Description
Miryco Consultants are working with a leading Asset Manager to resource an experienced, high-calibre Head of Recruitment to cover on a fixed-term basis. This position would suit a dedicated financial services talent professional with experience leading talent acquisition functions with a commitment to excellence, innovation and integrity.
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the business' high-achieving goals. You will lead the team in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and attracting top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and agencies to implement strategic hiring solutions.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace through targeted hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a senior talent acquisition professional within top financial services firm.
Strong leadership and evidenced team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
