The Head of Regulatory Reporting is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of all regulatory returns and submissions to the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Bank of England, and other relevant bodies. The role holder will ensure the bank maintains full compliance with all applicable regulatory reporting frameworks, including but not limited to COREP, FINREP, Statistical Reporting, and Liquidity Reporting. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic oversight, subject-matter expertise, and the ability to navigate a complex and evolving regulatory landscape.

This is a London-based role with hybrid working arrangements. The role may require extended hours during peak reporting periods (e.g., quarter-end and year-end). Some travel may be required for regulatory meetings, industry events, or visits to other offices. The role falls within the scope of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR), and the successful candidate may be required to hold a Senior Management Function (SMF) or Certification Function as applicable.
