Head of Reserving

MERJE are working with an international Non-Life Insurance company who are looking to hire a Head of Reserving for their P&C (Property & Casualty) business.

We're open to those already operating at the Head of level and wanting a change of company, or those who are looking to step up in their first Head of position, but have relevant Reserving credentials.

This opportunity will be based in the City with a hybrid and flexible working capability.

You must be a....

• Qualified Actuary (we will look at those who are Qualified by experience but FIA/FFA status is preferred).
• Strong Reserving experience, within a P&C environment (or consultancy working with P&C clients).
• Ability to lead and manage a sizeable team ranging from Actuarial students to Qualified Actuaries.
