Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to lead its busy Conveyancing department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior conveyancing professional ready to step into a leadership role—or for an existing Head of Department looking for a new challenge.

The Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Residential Conveyancing team
• Manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Lead, mentor and support junior staff, helping to drive team performance and development
• Ensure compliance, manage risk and uphold high standards of client care
• Play an active role in the strategic direction and growth of the department

About You:

?? A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
?? Proven experience in handling a broad residential conveyancing caseload
?? Strong leadership or supervisory experience within a conveyancing environment
?? Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
?? Confident, organised and able to lead by example
