We are looking for a resourcing and candidate acquisition guru to join the friendly team in our London, Farringdon office.

Nurture Education are an education recruitment company, specialising in supporting schools and nurseries with their temporary, part-time and permanent staffing needs.

As Head of Resourcing, you would be providing important assistance to the team in the collective pursuit of the business’s recruitment and operational objectives.

The candidate will help improve Nurture’s productivity, administration and compliance.

The ideal candidate

• An experienced Resourcer/Candidate Consultant is ideal, but candidates who are driven, determined and excited by the challenge the opportunity may bring are also being considered.
• Comfortable undertaking Candidate Generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, thorough and detail oriented
• Desire to develop relationships and ability to create rapport with people at all levels, face to face and on the phone
• Background in sales would be an advantage, but is not essential
• A great team player, willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations
• A sense of urgency, ability to work to deadlines

Key role responsibilities

Candidate Management

• Take ownership of candidate pool generation through
  • Targeted advertising and networking through LinkedIn and other relevant professional media sources
  • Monitoring job boards
  • Generating referrals
  • Working with the wider recruiting team to identify potential candidates
    
• Administrative compliance - effectively registering candidates to build candidate database
• Ensure that all aspects of candidate care, both prior to and post placement, are delivered to Nurture’s standards - ensuring continuity of communication
• Document and reference management: all candidates need to meet minimum requirements to work in education

Additional Responsibilities

- Organising and attending university and career fairs

- Organising Nurture social events and gatherings

- Liaising with social media manager in creation of online campaigns and digital promotion

- Contributing to the daily office playlist
