Applicants must have assisted sales experience in a 1-1 sales environment.

Our client is planning ahead and searching for the right person to take that journey with them.

You'll have the chance to help shape their national retail operations while learning directly from the Retail Director.

?? What You'll Be Doing

• Take ownership of key areas across our retail operations nationwide.
• Work directly with the Retail Director to develop and implement strategy.
• Lead retail innovation projects that enhance efficiency, technology, and people development.
• Use data, insight, and your own ideas to challenge the norm and deliver results.
• Develop leadership skills with structured mentorship and succession planning support.

You’re likely already in a national or regional retail leadership role — maybe titled Head of Retail, Regional Director, or Senior Operations Manager — and you're looking for a long-term challenge. You’re strategic but hands-on, commercially sharp, and passionate about operational excellence.

You will need:

• Strong multi-site retail leadership experience
• A track record of driving growth, people development, and operational results
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• The ambition and potential to become a Retail Director in the next 2-4 years
• A mindset for change, improvement, and innovation
