Salary Guide: £100,000 - £120,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits
Location: WFH (3 days per week) + Birmingham city centre (2 days per week)

The Role:
As the Head of Revenue & Strategic Analysis at our client, joining a high performing SMT, in a high growth business you will play a pivotal role in driving the business’s revenue growth and overall success.
This is a high-level leadership role but still very much hands-on.
Reporting directly to leadership, you will be responsible for setting ambitious budgets & forecasts and maximising revenue, profitability, and growth across all sales and marketing channels. Your strategic vision, strong leadership, and ability to drive revenue growth and market share expansion will be pivotal in achieving our organizational goals and ensuring rapid sustainable business growth.
