Role: Head of Revenue & Strategic Analysis

Sector: E-commerce / SaaS / Tech (currently operating in 25 countries)

Salary Guide: £100,000 - £120,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits

Location: WFH (3 days per week) + Birmingham city centre (2 days per week)

The Role:

As the Head of Revenue & Strategic Analysis at our client, joining a high performing SMT, in a high growth business you will play a pivotal role in driving the business’s revenue growth and overall success.

This is a high-level leadership role but still very much hands-on.

Reporting directly to leadership, you will be responsible for setting ambitious budgets & forecasts and maximising revenue, profitability, and growth across all sales and marketing channels. Your strategic vision, strong leadership, and ability to drive revenue growth and market share expansion will be pivotal in achieving our organizational goals and ensuring rapid sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement an all-encompassing global revenue plan in line with the company's objectives and growth aspirations.
  • Uncover and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations that can bolster revenue expansion and broaden market penetration.
  • Set up crucial performance indicators and utilise data-led insights to evaluate revenue outcomes, monitor advancement towards goals, and refine strategies as necessary.
  • Take direct responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) performance, with a proactive approach to swiftly address challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Guide a burgeoning affiliate team with a hands-on approach, actively participating in team initiatives and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to promote a customer-focused approach.
  • Oversee essential performance metrics (KPIs), assess sales and marketing data for valuable insights, and implement well-informed strategies to propel the business unit's expansion.

The Candidate:

To be the right person for the Head of Revenue (Affiliates Business) role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated track record in a high-level senior position within a B2B online, SaaS, Tech or similar enterprise, showcasing accomplishments in revenue generation and business expansion while overseeing a P&L responsibility.
  • Robust comprehension of affiliate business structures, sales lifecycles, and tactics for customer acquisition.
  • Outstanding capabilities in leadership, communication, and strategic foresight.
  • Adept at establishing and sustaining productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in leveraging data analytics and CRM platforms to drive revenue initiatives.
  • Focused on delivering results and surpassing revenue objectives with a results-oriented approach.
  • Sound financial acumen coupled with extensive experience in budget oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Substantial background in a leadership position, ideally within a swiftly expanding growth setting.
  • Proven proficiency in hands-on supervision and guiding teams.
  • Outstanding strategic, analytical, and critical-thinking proficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport development competencies.

The Package:
