Head of Reward

Are you an experienced Head of Reward looking to join a well-established business to refine and develop the Reward offering?

West Midlands base - 2-3 days per week on-site.

Up to £110k + Benefits

Reporting into the People Director, as Head of Reward, you will review, re-design and deliver the Reward strategy through you and your team, to support attraction and retention strategies.

The role will be responsible for the full Reward cycle around Salary Review, Bench-marking, development of competitive and incentivising bonus schemes, delivering a benefits platform and ensuring the organisation is well-placed in its sector to attract and retain the best talent.

As an experienced Head of Reward you will enjoy coaching and developing a small Reward team. You will be able to evidence where you have developed and implemented a robust and forward-thinking Reward strategy.
