Head of Reward

Are you an experienced Head of Reward looking for a fresh challenge?

Salary - Up to £75k + Car/ Allowance + Benefits

Site Location - 1 day per week in Northampton - with travel to other sites

As Head of Reward, in this newly created role, you will review, design and develop the Reward offering across this organisation. In a stand alone capacity, as Head of Reward, you will implement a Reward Framework, review job grading to then work closely with the talent development team to map talent and also manage and negotiate with benefits suppliers.

As an experienced Head of Reward you will be happy working autonomously and therefore developing and delivering the Reward strategy.
