Head of Sales

We are recruiting for an SME that is on a growth trajectory for a Head of Sales in the West Midlands area. 

The role covers direct face\-to\-face sales, cold calling, account management and customer services. We are looking for experienced professionals who are looking to take on a challenging role as we transform our services.

Requirements

• Direct Sales
  


• Cold calling experience
  


• Account management experience and leadership
  


• Ability to drive a sales function and to up the skill level and approach in each area. 
  


• Experience in leading a large inter disciplinary team to achieve stretched targets in a faced paced environment.
