Verisart is a leading provider of web3 and blockchain technology that empowers creators to build successful careers. Since 2015, Verisart has collaborated with over 50,000 creators, offering services such as minting and selling NFTs, certifying creations, and fostering community connections.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as the Head of Sales and Business Development at Verisart. The role is based in central London with flexibility for remote work. As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's sales strategies, managing client accounts, leading the sales team, and generating new business opportunities.

You will also have to prepare fianancial models, write term sheets and develop industry partnerships across different sectors. You will be expected to grow revenue by selling existing services as well as identifying new revenue drivers.

Responsibilities
Craft and execute a growth revenue strategy
Identifying and targeting key customers
Integration of sales / CRM system
Take full responsibility for business development and sales operations
Sales collateral and product/services messaging to the customer
Business intelligence and competitive landscape
Deal structuring, including contract negotiation
Partner relationship management
Develop revenue tracking, budgeting and forecasting modules for finance

Qualifications
MBA or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Significant experience in the blockchain or web3 industry
Strong closing skills!
You must have limitless amount of energy and willingness to knock on every door
5+ years of progressive experience focused on sales, business development and strategy
Strong industry relationships with a track record of building sales
Expert in sales pipeline development, strategy development, lead generation, prospect penetration and follow-up strategies
From decks to term sheets to MSAs, you will be able to manage the entire business development process.
You need to be very hands-on with a positive can-do attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
