Salary: £65,000 + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop a sales and telesales team within the facilities management and hard services sector.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of winning new business, growing revenue and building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and develop Business Development Managers and telesales staff.
Drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue targets.
Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity and profitability.
Oversee quotations, forecasting and sales reporting.
Recruit, coach and manage team performance.About You:

Minimum five years' B2B sales experience, including two years in sales management.
Experience in facilities management, hard services or building services preferred.
Strong commercial awareness and a track record of exceeding targets.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence.What’s on Offer?
