An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Head of School to join a well-established SEN school. This role is ideal for a passionate leader with a strong background in education and training, ready to guide a specialist setting catering to both Primary and early Secondary pupils with a range of special educational needs.

As Head of School, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the school, working closely with the Executive Headteacher and senior leadership team to ensure outstanding outcomes for students. The school, located in Croydon, is known for its inclusive ethos and commitment to excellence in education and training.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership across the Primary and early Secondary SEN provision

Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of staff

Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community

Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in a SEN or specialist school setting
