Salary: £44,526 - £46,527 per annum (Academy Pay Award Pending)

Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for delivering outstanding pupil-focused support services?
We are seeking an experienced Head of Pupil Services to join a dynamic and ambitious two-site secondary academy. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by ensuring that every aspect of pupil services runs seamlessly, enabling students and staff to thrive.

About the Role

As a member of the academy’s extended leadership team, you will provide strategic leadership and operational management across all pupil services areas, including:

• Reception & Administration
• Attendance & Admissions
• Pastoral Support & Behaviour
• Staff Cover & First Aid
• Free School Meals & Medical Plans
• Immunisation Programmes
• Senior Leadership Team (SLT) support & diary coordination

You will manage and develop a large team, oversee delegated budgets, and ensure excellent communication across both school sites.
